Wishing you a joyous holiday season and a happy new year!

2016 has been a full year for the Shell family!  After the introduction of Kaydence Chloe on November 13, 2015, the year was full of settling into a new routine and lifestyle as they got familiar with their darling angel.  The family also got to meet her adorable cousin, Luke, only three months older, living with Aunt Samantha and Uncle Denny in sunny San Diego.

At the same time, Geoff and Jessica enjoyed planning their intimate Lake Geneva wedding at a beautiful Victorian mansion with the breathtaking lake view backdrop.  Geoff mostly enjoyed the collaboration with a band he sometimes performs with, Chicago Afrobeat Project, as well as two amazing orchestral musicians.  Favorite songs were fine-tuned for their amazing debut at their wedding ceremony and reception!  Jessica loved getting in touch with her crafty, sentimental side and working on handmade music note paper roses made from her mom’s piano lesson music sheets.  Jessica also custom designed her ceremony wedding dress– from lace, beading and color to the unique gold threaded symbols embedded into the back of the dress.  Despite many crazy wedding moments, the bridal party and family were amazing troopers that Geoff and Jessica are eternally grateful for.   September 17th was a joyous day, full of happiness and cherished memories!

Kaydence enjoyed her first birthday party in November with a fistful and face full of purple frosting on her enchanted forest themed special day.

Geoff continues to be the jack of all trades, working hard on his many professional and passion projects.  His web design, video production and art directive missions have blossomed into a huge success!  He continues to work on the Where’s the Beef musical and has enjoyed spreading the word, submitting to competitions and accessing more potential artists and performers to be a part of the amazing production.  In his 11th year, Geoff has loved being an integral part of the BJBE synagogue community as he performs in their t’filah band monthly.  Geoff’s love of the 80s and 90s sets a new stage for his business, Rad Universe!  With over 2 million YouTube video views, the community is growing strong and Geoff plans to incorporate opportunities for bloggers, supporters and artists in acquiring rare finds and Rad Universe items and apparel.

Jessica returned back to work, offering mental health services out of her home office studio to children, families, couples and adults.  She also provided Mommy and Me yoga classes and substituted prenatal yoga classes  at a wonderful yoga studio in Evanston.  She has been enjoying working in her slippers and helping clients find positivity, health and holistic wellbeing from the inside out.  A new business venture has allowed her to both personally and professionally benefit from nutritional products and lifestyle changes with amazing health improvements.

Geoff and Jessica look forward to what 2017 brings as they work towards finding a new happy home, improving and updating their professional web and social media presentation while enjoying every minute with each other and with Kaydence.  Jessica aims to get outdoors more, engage in more art activity, increase her yoga practice and maybe even cook more.  Geoff aspires to get the musical off the ground, his music students to learn and have more fun and to sell  lot of radical Rad Universe attire.

The Shell family sincerely appreciates all the friends, family and people in their life who have been a source of inspiration and support.

Near or far, you are always thought of with fondness.

With gratitude and love,
The Shell Family
Jessica, Geoff and Kaydence
